The global supply chain offer the greater business opportunities to the enterprise.Through specializing production, streamlining processes and reducing costs, enterprises achieve the maximize profits.Nevertheless behind their prosperous development, the risk of this enterprise has been revealed gradually.This influence comes from the political surrounding, natural, cost, lead time and the supplier＇s credit level,which affect the stable development of an entire supply chain system.This paper analyzes the exist risk of foreign suppliers, and offer the related solutions to the presented risk.Further more this paper announce the coexist idea for core components vendors.Thus, it is not only can promote competition among suppliers ,but also avoid the situation due to force majeure which can affect suppliers＇ delivery time.Finally, this paper suggests arrange suppliers＇ quota by their score to urge suppliers virtuous circle.
