针药结合治疗脑梗死后吞咽障碍临床研究

Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Medicine Treatment of Dysphagia After Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨针药结合治疗脑梗死后吞咽障碍疗效。方法:将在153例脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照组75例及治疗组78例,对照组采用常规药物进行治疗,配合吞咽功能康复训练;治疗组在对照组基础上结合针灸及中药汤剂加减治疗,2个疗程后进行统计分析。结果:治疗组有效率为93.59%;对照组有效率为76.00%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗脑梗死后吞咽障碍疗效显著。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with medicine treatment of dysphagia after cerebral infarction. Methods ： 153 cases of dysphagia after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group （ n = 75 ） and the treatment group（ n = 78 ） ; the control group was given conventional therapy and the swallowing function rehabilitation exercises, the treatment group plus the treatment acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group, after two cour- ses of treatment,analyzed the curative effect. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.59%, the control group was 76. 00%. The diference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The method of acupuncture combined with medicine treatment of dysphagia after cerebral infarction has significantly effect.
