摘要
目的:探讨CD34在转移癌微血管中的表达。方法对43例转移癌组织标本(转移癌组)及11例舌鳞癌癌组织标本(鳞癌组)采用免疫组织化学SP法进行CD34染色;采用Weidner法计算CD34标记的肿瘤组织微血管密度(MVD)。结果应用显微照相系统计数转移癌组标本微血管数目为2~6根,鳞癌组标本的微血管数目为14~19根,转移癌组CD34的表达明显低于鳞癌组(P<0.01)。血管标记物标记的癌组织MVD值在男、女患者之间及在不同的转移瘤之间比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 CD34是理想的血管内皮细胞标记物,转移瘤血管生成较原发肿瘤明显减少,与原发肿瘤血管生成有明显差异。
Objective To explore the expression of CD34 in microvessels in metastatic carcinoma. Methods The expression of CD34 was determined using immunohistochemical SP method in 43 metastatic carcinoma specimens (metastatic carcinoma group)and 11 tongue squamous cell carcinoma specimens (squamous carcinoma group).The microvascular density (MVD)in CD34-labeled carcinoma specimens were calculated using Weidner method. Results Micrograph counting analysis showed 2-6 microvessels in metastatic carcinoma specimen and 14-19 microvessels in tongue squamous cell carcinoma specimen. The expression of CD34 in metastatic carcinoma group was significantly lower than that in squamous carcinoma group (P〈0.01).The difference in the MVD was not significant between male and female patients,as well as among different metastatic carcinomas(P〉0.05). Conclusion CD34 is an ideal vascular endothelial cell marker. Compared with primary tumors,the angiogenesis obviously decreased in metastatic carcinomas.
