肾脏占位性病变CT灌注成像的研究进展

Research Progress of Computed Tomography Perfusion Imaging in Renal Space-Occupying Lesions

根治性肾切除术为肾细胞癌的首选治疗手段,因此肾脏占位性病变的定性诊断十分重要,部分肾脏占位性病变单从形态影像学上难于鉴别。CT灌注成像是分子功能影像学技术,能反映组织微循环血流灌注的情况,在肾脏占位性病变的诊治中有很大价值。

As radical nephrectomy is the preferred treatment for renal cell carcinoma, it is very important for the qualitative diagnosis of renal space-occupying lesions. However,partial renal space-occupying lesions are difficult to be identified only by morphological imaging.Computed tomography perfusion imaging （CTPI）,a molecular functional imaging technology, can reflect microcirculation perfusion situation in tissues. Thereore,CTPI is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of renal space-occupying lesions.
