摘要 白酒发酵是微生物生长代谢及物质转化的复杂过程,温度是影响该过程的关键因素。针对不确定性导致的过程温度控制难题,探讨了基于智能策略的温度优化控制。分析了酿造发酵过程控制的复杂性,讨论了发酵过程的控制论特性,研究了智能控制策略,给出了基于智能策略的温度优化控制算法。以具有滞后的2阶过程模型为例,通过实验仿真验证了该控制算法在响应速度、过程调节时间、响应平稳性和控制精确性等方面的优势。仿真结果表明,该温度优化控制方法是合理与可行性的。 Liquor fermentation is a complex process of microbial growth and metabolism and material conversion,and the temperature is the key factor of influencing the process.Aiming at the puzzle of process temperature control caused by uncertainty,the paper explored the temperature optimization control method based on intelligent strategy.In the paper,it made the anatomy of complexity in process control of brewage fermentation,discussed the cybernetics characteristics of fermentation process,researched on intelligent control strategy,and proposed the algorithm of temperature optimi-zation control based on intelligent strategy.Taking the two-order process model with time lag as an ex-ample,the results of simulation demonstrate the advantages of control algorithm in aspects of response speed,process adjusting time,response smoothness and control accuracy etc.The simulation results show that the method of temperature optimization control is reasonable and feasible.
