摘要
尘肺病是我国职业病中发病率最高、人数最多的职业病,严重威胁着劳动者的生命安全与健康。快速准确测量现场粉尘浓度,及时采取通风防尘措施,达到降低尘肺病发病率的目的,是工矿企业的普遍需求。文章针对快速测尘仪在矿山井下应用中存在的问题进行了探讨,提出了采用单晶硅作为粉尘浓度传感器这一新的技术方案。试验研究结果表明,采用单晶硅传感器快速测定粉尘浓度是一条新的有效技术途径。
Pneumoconiosis is the highest,the largest number of occupation disease incidence rate of occupation disease in china,and is a serious threat to life safety and health of the workers.Fast and accurate measurement of dust concentration,to take timely ventilation and dust prevention measures,to reduce the incidence of pneumoconiosis disease,is a common demand of industrial and mining enterprises.Some situations about instrument in application in underground mine are discussed,it puts forward the single crystal silicon as the dust concentration sensor which is a new technical scheme.Experimental results show that,using single crystal silicon sensor for rapid determination of dust concentration is a new technique.
