Description is made of the parameters and relationship of productivity and capacity of the squirrel-cage crushers based on the performance of the squirrel-cage crusher in Zn concentrate conveying process in a southern smelter.The paper analyzes the factors affecting the normal operation of the squirrel-cage crusher and major concerns are proposed for the equipment selection,which is instructive to the engineering design and procurement of the similar works.
