摘要
目的:观察慢性心衰患者使用参附注射液后心功能及血浆N-末端原脑利钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平的变化,探究参附注射液对该类患者心功能及血浆NT-proBNP水平的影响机制。方法:将130例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字分表法,分成对照组患者65例与治疗组65例,对照组使用常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用参附注射液,对比两组患者治疗前后心功能、血浆NT-proBNP水平。结果:两组患者治疗后的左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、射血分数、心排血量等心功能指标均得到显著的改善,而治疗组治疗后的心功能指标与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的血浆NT-proBNP水平均出现明显降低,而治疗组治疗后的血浆NT-proBNP水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液可显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,并促使血浆NT-proBNP水平恢复正常,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective :To observe the effect of Shenfu injection on cardiac function and plasma N - terminal brain natriuretic peptide in patients with chronic heart failure (NT- proBNP) levels,explore the influence mechanism of Shenfu Injection on the cardiac function and plasma NT - proBNP level. Methods : In our hospital from March 2012 to December 2013,130 cases of chronic heart failure patients, according to the random number table method, were divided into the control group 65 cases and 65 cases in the treatment group. The control group used the conventional western medicine treatment. The treatment group based on routine treatment combined with Shenfu injection. Cardiac function, plasma NT - proBNP were compared in two groups before and after treasment. Results : The two groups left ventricular end systolic diameter, ejection fraction, cardiac output, cardiac function indexes wereimproved markedly after treatment, but the cardiac function indexes in treatment group and control group after treatment were statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ) ;plasma NT -proBNP in two groups were decreased obviously, and the treatment group 's plasma NT - proBNP levels after treatment were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Shenfu injection can obviously improve the cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure, and promote the level of plasma NT - proBNP returned to normal, and has higher popularization value.
