益气脱敏汤对小儿变应性鼻炎患者血清IgE、IL-4含量的影响

Effect of Yiqi Tuomin Decoction on Serum Ige and IL-4 in Children with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:研究益气脱敏汤对小儿变应性鼻炎患者血清IgE、IL-4含量的影响,及两者相关性分析。方法:60例变应性鼻炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用益气脱敏汤进行治疗,对照组采用氯雷他定进行治疗,观察并比较两组疗效及血清IgE、IL-4值变化。结果:两组治疗结束时疗效对比无显著性差异(P>0.05),均有较好的疗效;但停药3个月后两组的总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后血清IgE、IL-4水平的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组血清IgE、IL-4治疗后低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:益气脱敏汤治疗变应性鼻炎患儿能取得良好的临床疗效,其疗效稳定持久,能降低IgE、IL-4水平,优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective ： To study the effect of Yiqi Tuomin Decoction on serum IgE and IL - 4 in children patients with allergic rhinitis and to make the correlation analysis. Methods：60 cases of children with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Tuomin Decoction and the control group was treated with loratadine. We observed and compared two groups curative effect and change of serum IgE and IL - 4. Results ： At the end of treatment, there was no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） and both had a better curative effect. But three months after discontinuation, the effective rates of two groups had significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Before and after treatment, the two groups＇serum IgE and IL -4 levels of the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Serum IgE and IL -4 levels after treatment in treatment group were lower than those of the control group and the difference was statistieally significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Yiqi Tuomin Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children can obtain good clinical curative effect. The effect is stable and lasting. It can reduce IgE and IL - 4 levels, better than western medicine treatment.
