复方苦参注射液联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗重度癌性疼痛的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Compound Matrine Injection and Hydochloride Sustained Release Tablets in Treatment of Severe Caner Pain

目的:探讨复方苦参注射液联合羟考酮缓释片治疗重度癌性疼痛的近期疗效。方法:将90例重度癌痛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予羟考酮缓释片联合复方苦参注射液治疗;对照组单用羟考酮缓释片治疗,在治疗前后用WHO线段分级法(VAS)评价:癌痛的程度,观察两组患者的止痛效果,羟考酮缓释片用量及不良反应。结果:治疗组的止痛效果比对照组好,羟考酮缓释片用量少于对照组,且不良反应差异无显著性。结论:复方苦参注射液联合羟考酮缓释片治疗重度癌性疼痛具有明显的临床效果。

Objective：To explore the method of curative effect in the near future, compound matrine injection combined with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets in the treatment of severe cancer pain. Methods ：90 cases of patients with severe cancer pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given oxycodone hydrochloride sustained -release tablets combined with compound Kushen injection therapy; the control group used oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets. In the treatment of WHO segment,classification before and after treatment （VAS） evaluation： the pain degree, to observe the analgesic effect of 2 groups of patients, oxycodone tablets dosage and adverse reactions. Results ： In the treatment group, the analgesic effect of oxycodone, sustained release tablets were lower than those of the control group, and there were no significant differences in adverse reaction. Conclusion ： Compound matrine injection combined with oxycodone controlled - release tablets in the treatment of severe cancer pain has obvious curative effect.
