摘要
研究了离心力变形、热变形、轴承偏斜以及表面粗糙度对可倾瓦气体轴承的影响,结果表明:离心力变形对空心轴影响较大,温升对轴瓦厚度影响较小,而对其名义半径和轴半径影响较大;轴承偏斜影响其安全运行;表面粗糙度也会增大最小气膜厚度。
The effects of centrifugal deformation,thermal deformation,bearing misalignment and roughness on tilting pad gas bearings are analyzed. The results show that centrifugal deformation has greater influence on hollow shaft; thermal deformation less influence on pad thickness and greater influence on its nominal radius shaft radius; bearing misalignment effect its operation safety and roughness is able to increase the minimum gas film thickness.
