摘要
针对连铸机扇形段故障率较高和扇形段轴承寿命较短的问题,对炼轧厂连铸机扇形段轴承的使用现状进行了统计分析,找出了影响寿命的主要因素,并根据其损坏特征,给出了相应的对策及措施。
Aiming at the problems about higher fault rate in sector segment of continuous casting machine（ CCM） and shorter life of bearings used in the segment,the use state of the bearings is statistically analyzed for rolling plant. The main factors affecting the life of bearings are found out,and the countermeasures for prolonging the service life are given according to the damage characteristics.
