摘要 针对传统矿用电气设备防爆外壳设计方法存在的缺陷,以及现有设计人员对矿用应急电源防爆外壳设计经验不足等问题,运用静力学原理对防爆外壳进行了受力分析,提出矿用应急电源防爆外壳壁板、加强筋板、法兰和连接螺栓等主要零部件的关键参数设计计算方法,经试验验证,按该方法设计的防爆外壳符合要求,且节省材料。 To counter to the defects in design method of explosion-proof enclosure of the traditional mine electrical equipment and inadequate experience of the existing design personnel in explosion-proof enclosure design of mine emergency power supply, force analysis was made on the explosion-proof enclosure with statics principle, and design and computation methods for some key parameters of the main components of mine emergency power supply such as the wall plate, stiffening rib sheet, flanges, connecting bolts and so on were put forward. The tests showed that the explosion-proof enclosure designed with this method met relevant requirements and was material saving.
