中外养老保险基金管理模式的比较分析

Comparative Analysis on the Management Model of Endowment Insurance Fund at Home and Abroad

养老保险基金管理对于一个国家的养老保险体系来说至关重要。本文首先从多个方面详细介绍了美国、智利、瑞典三国的养老保险基金管理模式,总结了各国现有模式的优势和弊端,并通过对账户设置、管理主体、投资运营机构、基金收益、管理成本、基金风险六方面内容进行中外对比,直观地展现出我国管理模式的漏洞。最后对我国养老保险基金管理提出了建议。

The management of endowment insurance fund is very important for national endowment insurance. According to the comparison of management mode between foreign countries,this paper explains many types of endowment insurance management model. First, it introduces America, Chile and Sweden＇s endowment insurance fund management model by many ways,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing model in the management system and brings inspiration to Chinese mode from each country. Then it describes the horizontal comparison between Chinese model and other countries from 6 areas,namely,the account setup,management subject,investment operation mechanism,fund income,management cost and fund risk to show the vulnerability of our country＇s management model. Base on the analysis and study above, this paper sums up a feasible solution which suits our country＇s situation.
