Analysis of Volatile Compounds by GC-MS Combined with Kovats Retention Indices in Rhododendron yushuense

摘要 为了分析囊谦杜鹃叶和茎的挥发性成分及异同,采用顶空加热提取挥发性成分的方法,对其进行气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析,并结合Kovats保留指数对其主要成分进行定性分析。结果表明,囊谦杜鹃叶中共测定出38种挥发性化学成分,主要成分为α-毕澄茄油烯(13.49%)、α-蒎烯(12.20%)、α-金合欢烯(8.61%);囊谦杜鹃茎中鉴定出20种挥发性成分,主要成分为α-蒎烯(8.80%)、α-毕澄茄油烯(6.56%)、左旋-β-蒎烯(6.19%)。囊谦杜鹃叶与茎中的挥发油在成分结构上比较相似,但在含量上差异较大。 To compare the difference of volatile compounds between leaves and stems of Rhododendron yushuense,volatile components in Rhododendron yushuense treated with headspace injection were identified and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)combined with the Kovats retention indices(KI).The results showed that 38 volatile compounds in leaves of Rhododendron yushuense were identified,the main volatile compounds wereα-Cubebene(13.49%),α-Pinene(12.20%)andα-Farnesene(8.61%);20 volatile compounds were identified in stems of Rhododendron yushuense,the main volatile compounds wereα-Pinene(8.80%),α-Cubebene(6.56%)and(1S)-β-Pinene(6.19%).The chemical components of essential oils were similar,but the contents of essential oils were different between leaves and stems of Rhododendron yushuense.
