摘要
针对开封市用水紧张的局面以及城市污水处理及利用状况,分析了该市中水用于农业灌溉的可行性,采用环境效益分析方法,计算了中水回用于农业所带来的效益,并结合中水回用的成本,进行了中水利用成本效益分析。结果表明,回用灌溉总效益为1.90元/m3,回用灌溉净效益为1.11元/m3。按每年1亿m3中水回用量进行计算,其中80%用于农业灌溉,农业回用的直接经济效益为每年1.06亿元,总效益为每年1.52亿元,总费用为每年0.63亿元,净效益为每年0.89亿元。
Aiming at the situation of water shortage and sewage treatment and utilization in Kaifeng City,this paper analyzed the feasibility of using recycled water in agricultural irrigation. It used the method of environment benefit analysis to calculate the benefit brought by using recycled water in agriculture and analyzed the cost-benefit of recycled water utilization considering the cost of reusing recycled water. The results indicate that the total benefit of using recycled water in irrigation is 1. 9 Yuan(RMB)per cubic meter and the net benefit is 1. 11 Yuan per cubic meter. Assuming that the annual recycled water is 100 million cubic meters and 80% of it is used in agricultural irrigation,the annual direct economic benefit is 106 million Yuan and the total benefit is 152 million Yuan;the annual total cost is 63 million Yuan and the net benefit is 89 million Yuan.
