Problems of hospital culture construction are various,which are closely connected with the lack of leadership＇s awareness of the overall,the long term,the difference and the ethics about the hospital culture construction.We should make the hospital objectives for all employees consensus,comprehensively use various incentives,pay attention to staff training and development,correctly handle the hospital internal small group culture,thus to create a special hospital culture which is closely in line with the hospital practice.
