摘要
医院文化建设中存在各种误区,这与领导者对医院文化建设的整体性、长期性、差异性、伦理性认识不足密切相关。应当将医院目标内化为所有员工的共识,综合运用多种激励方式,重视员工的培养和发展,正确处理医院内部小群体文化,从而打造出符合医院实际、独具特色的医院文化。
Problems of hospital culture construction are various,which are closely connected with the lack of leadership's awareness of the overall,the long term,the difference and the ethics about the hospital culture construction.We should make the hospital objectives for all employees consensus,comprehensively use various incentives,pay attention to staff training and development,correctly handle the hospital internal small group culture,thus to create a special hospital culture which is closely in line with the hospital practice.
