摘要
通过对职业素养迷你评估测试(P-MEX)评测体系研究进展的论述,分析其在培养医师职业精神方面的优势,具体表现在:P-MEX评测体系更加真实和有效;具有较强的可操作性,评测方法简单且耗时较短;更侧重于品质提升的形成性评估。但其也存在一些不足,需根据我国的卫生国情和未来医学发展要求、制定合理可行的评测方案。
This article introduced the validity,reliability,and generalizability and advantages of the Professionalism Mini Evaluation Exercise (P-MEX) in the assessment of medical professionalism,which include:P MEX evaluation system is more real and effective; has a strong maneuverability,evaluation method is simple and short time-consuming; focuses more on the quality improvement of formative assessment.But it also exists some shortage,need according to our country's health situation and the development requirements of the future medicine,formulate feasible evaluation scheme.
