分析了检验医师慎独修养的现状,在此基础上从检验分析的前、中、后三个环节论述了慎独修养在检验工作中的重要性。为此,慎独精神的建立和实施应做到以下几点:贯彻医学伦理学基本原则;加强检验人员的职业道德教育;严格执行检验操作规程,养成慎独行为;建立自律精神;实施人性化管理,进一步促进检验医学伦理学的快速发展。

The paper analyzed the current situation of inspection medical self-supervision accomplishment,on this basis,from the analysis of the test before,during and after the three link illustrates the importance of self-supervision accomplishment in the inspection work.Therefore,the establishment of self-supervision spirit and implementation should do the following：to carry out the basic principle of medical ethics; strengthen inspection personnel＇s professional ethics education; strict the inspection procedure,develop internally divided into; establish self -discipline ; implementating humanized management,to further promote the rapid development of laboratory medicine ethics.
