西安市村卫生室标准化建设现状分析与改进建议

Analysis on Standardization of Construction and Development of Village Medical Clinic in Xi'an

目的调查、评价西安市十个涉农区县村卫生室标准化建设成果,找出存在问题,提出解决建议。方法运用现场调查和描述性统计方法及随机访谈法对西安市十个涉农区县村卫生室的情况进行调查。结果经过标准化建设,西安市十个涉农区县村卫生室医疗卫生服务条件得到改善、医疗卫生队伍建设得到加强、医疗卫生管理得到进一步规范。结论村卫生室是整个农村基层医疗体系的基础,只有从多方面加强村卫生室的建设,改进管理方式,才能更好的发挥其"网底"作用。

Objective：To evaluate the outcomes of ten agricultural counties standardization of village medical clinic,investigate the influence factors propose some suggestions and provide a scientific basis for the primary health care system in rural development.Methods：Field survey and descriptive statistics are selected to investigation the ten agricultural counties village health.Results：After standardization,the conditions of service have improved,medical team building has made great progress,health management has been further strengthen in ten agricultural counties village health.Conclusion：Village health is the foundation of the entire rural primary health care system,only if the government make measures to strengthen the construction of village health,change management system,the village health can play the role of ＂ shading＂.
