摘要
对DAS7型接触网综合作业车承载式车体的设计、计算工况及评定标准进行了介绍,同时对车体结构的设计过程、DAS7型接触网综合作业车结构优化及轻量化设计做了描述说明。通过进行强度试验验证,表明采用轻量化设计,该车的质量减小但结构强度有所增强。
Design, calculated work status and evaluation criteria of load beating car body of DAS7 overhead catenary system comprehensive maintenance vehicle were introduced, as well as car-body structure and summarized structural & weight optimization design. Strength test showed that through light-weight design, quality of the vehicle was reduced, but structural strength enhanced.
