摘要
针对大秦铁路使用的HXD1、HXD2型大功率重载货运电力机车车轴逐渐进入疲劳期而部分产生疲劳裂纹的情况,制作了车轴实物对比试块,计算了小角度探头探伤使用的探头角度,对从车轴端面采用直探头和小角度探头扫描疲劳裂纹分布区域进行了试验,并指出了实际操作中应注意的问题。实际情况表明,该方法能够有效地检测出机车车轴产生的疲劳裂纹。
Aim at locomotive axle of HXD 1 and HXD2 high-power heavy-load freight locomotive applied in Da-Qing railway turning into fatigue period and generating fatigue crack, axle test module was produced, and probe angle for small-angle crack detector was calculated. Method of using straight probe on axle-end surface and scanning crack distribution region with small-angle probe was realized, and problems should be concerned in practical operation were pointed out. Results showed that the method could detect fatigue crack of locomotive axle effectively.
