锌灰废料替代电炉锌粉净化硫酸锌溶液工艺试验研究

摘要 针对锌灰易受氧化、含氯高、有效锌含量低无法直接用于硫酸锌溶液净化的特点,提出"锌灰干法真空研磨-碱洗除氯-直接净化硫酸锌溶液"工艺,替代电炉锌粉直接用于净化硫酸锌溶液,用量为电炉锌粉的1.7倍,但可节约一段净化过程使用电炉锌粉成本约28%,提高电积锌直收率。 In view of the zinc ash are susceptible to oxidation and high chlorine, low effective zinc content cannot be directly used in zinc sulfate solution purification characteristics, put forward "zinc ash dry vacuum grinding-caustic washing to remove chlorine-direct purification of zinc sulfate solution" process, instead of electric furnace zinc powder directly used to purify zinc sulfate solution, dosage of electric furnace zinc powder 1.7 times, but can save a purification process using electric furnace zinc powder costs by about 28%,increase the efficiency of electric zinc product straight.
