慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭应用无创呼吸机的舒适护理效果观察研究

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure noninvasive ventilator application effect of comfortable nursing observation research

目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭应用无创呼吸机的临床护理方法及其疗效。方法：随机选择2012年1月～2014年2月广西中医药大学第一附属医院收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭使用无创呼吸机进行治疗的患者,将所有患者随机分为研究组与对照组,每组50例患者。研究组患者给予舒适护理治疗,对照组患者给予常规护理治疗,分析两组的最终护理效果。结果：研究组患者在治疗积极配合率、并发症发生率以及不良情绪发生率上明显优于对照组,研究组患者的PaO2、PH与对照组对比,都明显高于对照组,PaCO2明显低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭应用无创呼吸机患者给予舒适护理治疗,可有效改善症状,提高临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective： to study the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure application of noninvasive ventilator in the clinical nursing methods and curative effect. Methods： randomly selected in January 2012 - February 2012, our hospital 100 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure using noninvasive ventilator for treatment of patients, all patients were randomly divided into research group and control group,50 cases in each group. Group patients give comfortable nursing treatment, control group given routine nursing treatment, patients with analysis of two groups of ultimate care effect. Results： in patients with team actively cooperate with treatment rate, incidence of complications and adverse emotions on was better than control group, patients with PaO2, PH of the compared with the control group, were significantly higher than the control group,PaCO2 significantly lower than the control group, compared the two groups was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conchision： the combination of respiratory failure of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with application of noninvasive ventilator for comfortable nursing treatment, which can effectively improve symptoms, improve the clinical curative effect, is worth promoting.
