摘要
大学生村官是参与社会主义新农村建设的生力军,对农村发展具有重要作用。人才流失是人力资源管理的重大问题,利用组织行为学中组织承诺的相关理论,以组织承诺与离职倾向的负向相关性为基础,针对情感承诺、规范承诺、经济承诺、机会承诺、理想承诺等五个部分分别提出了相应的管理建议。
College student "village official" is a force to participate in the construction of new socialist countryside. They play an important role in rural development. Brain drain is a major problem of human resources management. This article put forward the corresponding management recommendations based on the organizational commitment theory which consist of five parts.
