摘要
在冲压模可持续发展的基础上,分析了冲压模的特点以及存在的问题,探讨了冲压模模块化创新的可能性,提出了一种具有互换性、通用性和可持续性的模具压卸料装置—模具平台。模具平台的创新与应用可以降低冲压模的制造成本和生产成本,缩短制模周期,提升模具的可靠性与安全性以及实现低碳环保的目的等。
This paper on the basis of the sustainable development of stamping die, stamping die are analyzed and the characteristics of existing problems, and probes into the possibility of stamping die modular innovation, this paper proposes a interchangeable, versatility and sustainability of die mold pressure discharging device - die platform. Innovation and application of die platform can reduce the stamping die manufacturing cost and production cost, shorten the die cycle, improve the reliability and security of the die, and achieve the goal of low carbon environmental protection, etc.
