摘要
介绍了针对汽车冲压模具研合率的提升的几种方法,从几种与模具制造相关的方面如模具结构设计、铸件、加工精度和方法、压机精度补偿等几个方面来分析,采用生产跟踪和数字模拟相结合来研究,使现场能在较短的时间内达到很好的研和率。
Introduced in automobile stamping die spotting of the several methods of ascension, from several aspects related to automobile die making, such as die structure design, casting, machining accuracy and methods, press accuracy compensation, to analyze it, combining the production tracking and digital simulation to study, can make the workshop in a relatively short period of time to achieve good spotting.
