摘要
分析了QH142汽车前刹车盘的冲压成形工艺,采用了美国ETA公司的DYNAFORM软件进行拉伸变形过程的数值模拟,根据模拟结果确定出较为合理的毛坯形状和圆角半径;改进了翻边凹模刃口的形状,确保了翻边高度一致;将冲定位孔的凸模做成锥形凸模,提高了孔径的精度;多孔冲压时凸模采用阶梯形布置,减少了冲裁力;采用数控技术加工冲压异形孔的凸、凹模,提高了冲压件的质量,满足了尺寸精度要求。
The stamping forming arts and crafts of the of the QH142's brake is analyzed in the text before, then adopt the DYNAFORM software of the ETA company of the United States to emulate the distortion in the drawing process, aecording to the result obtain the blank shape and the proper radius. The blade shape of the flanging matrix is improved in order to get the part with consistence height. The punch of the location elements is adjusted to increase the preeision of the loeation holes. The punches in the piercing dies dispose for hierarchic structure to reduce the blanking force of the press machine. The numerically controlled lathe is introduced in the machining of the puneh and matrix in the last stamping process to improve the quality of the manufacture and meet the precision standard.
