摘要
分析了打印机掀盖壳体的结构特点,在模具结构设计过程中提出了不同成型的方案并进行了比较,采取了最佳的成型方案;详细地介绍了模具结构要点,给出了该类模具斜抽芯机构的特别设计方案;说明了模具的工作过程,实现了塑件的顺利顶出,解决了在开模过程中顶出引起的变形和塑件局部断裂的问题。
The author analyzes the structure characteristics of printer lift lid, in the process of the mold structure design is proposed by comparing the schemes of different molding and adopt the best supporting scheme of forming; Mold structure are introduced in detail the point, this paper gives the special design of the mold oblique core-pulling mechanism; Illustrates the working principle of the mold, to realize the smooth out of the plastic parts, solves the ejection in the process of open mold caused by the deformation and fracture of inclined and product local problems.
