摘要
目的为了优化丝网印刷RFID天线的固化条件。方法通过正交实验对固化时间和固化温度进行探讨和分析,并运用隧道势垒模型对天线电阻的温度特性进行解释。分析不同的固化时间和固化温度组合对RFID天线导电性能的影响。结果随着固化时间的增加和固化温度的增大,天线电阻都是先减小后增大。结论固化时间为20 min,固化温度为150℃时,RFID天线的线条清晰,边缘平滑,无粘连,天线的平均电阻值最小,导电性能最佳。
Objective To optimize the curing conditions of antenna of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) printed by screen printing. Methods Curing time and curing temperature were discussed and analyzed through orthogonal experiment in this research, the temperature characteristics of antenna' s resistance was explained using the tunneling barrier model. We analyzed the influence of different curing time and curing temperature on the conductivity of antenna of RFID. Results With the increase of curing time and curing temperature, the resistance of antenna was decreased at first and then increased. Conclusion When the curing time was 20 minutes and the curing temperature was 150 ℃, the lines of the antenna of RFID were clear, the edge was smooth and there was no adhesion, the average resistance of the antenna was the smallest, and the conductivity was the optimal.
