The Construction of Community-Based Heritage Tourism Pattern in China

社区参与是遗产旅游可持续发展的重要基础。构建基于社区参与的遗产旅游发展模式要遵循以人为本、全面参与、和谐共赢等原则,需要社区参与的决策机制、利益分配机制、生态文化保护机制、保障机制和评价机制等多方面的支撑,还需要对不同遗产类型以及社区与遗产地不同的依存关系加以比较研究。

Community participation plays a significant role in sustainable development of heritage tourism. To construct a community-based heritage tourism pattern, the basic principles of human orientation, comprehensive participation, and harmonious win-win must be followed; supports of the various mechanism of decision making, interest distribution, ecological and cultural protection, security, and appraisal must be established; and different types of heritages and the various inter-relationship between communities and heritage sites should be studied separately.
