摘要
为了揭示组合梁连接件在组合梁施工过程中产生的剪力突变现象,对一典型两跨连续组合梁建立板壳-实体有限元模型,详细模拟了组合梁中的连接件;分析了连续组合梁中连接件剪力突变产生的原因和机理,计算了组合梁考虑施工过程的各个部分构件受力,得到了不同施工工况下连接件剪力的分布特点;将有限元计算结果与现有规范计算方法的结果进行比较,推导了计算连接件突变剪力的简化计算方法,并与空间实体有限元计算结果对比。结果表明:现行规范计算组合梁剪力突变处的连接件剪力偏于不安全,所提出的简化计算方法具有足够的精度。
In order to reveal the phenomenon of connector shear mutation during the construction of composite girder, a typical continuous composite girder with two spans was analyzed by shellsolid finite element model in which the connectors were simulated in detail. The reason and the mechanism of connector shear mutation occurring in composite girder were studied. The mechanical behaviors for each component of the composite girder taken into account in the construction process were calculated and the shear distribution patterns of the connectors under different construction cases were obtained. The results obtained by the finite element method and the current codes method were compared. A simplified method for calculating the connector shear mutation was derived and the results with this method were compared with the results of spatial finite element model. The results show that the codes method for calculating the connector shear mutation in composite girder is unsafe. The simplified method proposed herein is with sufficient accuracy. K
