二本院校刑法学教改浅议

Discussion on the Reform of Criminal Jurisprudence Teaching in Common Undergraduate Colleges

近年来,法学本科专业已成为最难就业的专业之一,尤其是非国家"211"和"985"重点大学的二本院校的法学专业毕业生就更困难。尽管这一现象的出现存在诸多的社会原因,但与传统法学教育的重理论轻实践的教学模式和方法有直接的关联的。改变传统教学模式,克服其存在的种种不足,着力培养适应社会经济发展的实用型法学专门人才,应该是二本院校刑法课程教学改革的方向和目标。

In recent years, the employment of law undergraduates has become one of the most difficult problems, especially for gradu-ates from non-national “211” and “985” key universities. Despite many social reasons, the emergence of this phenomenon is directly related to the traditional teaching models and methods that pay much attention to theory rather than practice. Changing the traditional teaching models, overcoming the shortcomings existed and focusing on the training of applied legal talents adapt to social and economic development should be the direction and goal of reforming criminal jurisprudence teaching in common undergraduate colleges.
