中医护理在肿瘤合并肾功能衰竭患者血液透析中应用价值分析

Value Analysis of TCM Nursing on Hemodialysis of Cancer with Renal Failure Patients

目的:探讨中医护理在肿瘤合并肾功能衰竭患者血液透析中的应用价值,为今后临床护理提供参考和借鉴。方法:本研究随机选取我院2011年10月—2013年10月行血液透析的肿瘤合并肾功能衰竭患者74例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则给予舒适护理,对比分析两组的护理效果。结果:观察组护理后的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心力衰竭、高血压、高钾血症并发症率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为94.59%明显高于对照组的67.57%(χ2=24.1751,P=0.0000),差异均有统计学意义。结论:对肿瘤合并肾功能衰竭患者血液透析中给予舒适护理同时结合中医护理可有效地改善患者的不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高治疗依从性,促进医患和谐,护理效果显著,值得在临床实践中广泛的应用和推广。

Objective：To investigate the value of TCM nursing on cancer combined renal failure in hemodialysis patients and provide reference for future clinical nursing. Methods ： The study randomly selected 74 cases in our hospital in October 2011- October 2013 and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing and observation group were treated with comfort nursing. The comparative analysis of the two groups was carried out. Results ： In observation group after treatment, SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Observation group＇s heart failure, hypertension and hyperkalemia complication rate were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Observation group＇s nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group （ X 2=24-1751, P=0.0000 ）and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions： Traditional Chinese medicine nursing for cancer combined with renal failure hemodialysis palients can effectively improve the patients＇ negative emotions, lower complication rates and improve treatment compliance, and promote harmony between doctors and patients. The nursing effect is significant and it is worthy of applications and promotion.
