中药复方治疗冠心病心绞痛研究进展

冠心病心绞痛是全球病死率最高的疾病之一,严重威胁人类的身体健康。临床上冠心病心绞痛根据其病理特点、临床表现不同分为多种类型,其治疗方法也有所不同。目前中药复方制剂治疗不同类型冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,副作用小,其中活血化瘀类、祛痰化浊类和益气温阳类方药应用较为广泛。该文综述了不同类型冠心病心绞痛中医复方治疗的研究进展。

Angina pectoris of coronary heart disease （ CHD ） is one of the diseases with the highest mortality around the world, which threatening human health seriously. It＇s clinically divided into variable types according to the pathological features and clinical manifestations, which leads to the differences among the therapies.At present, the curative effect of Chinese herbal compound is exact and the side effect is small. The widely used categories are activating blood and dispersing stasis, eliminating phlegm and resolving turbidity, tonifying qi and warming yang.This article states the research progress of different types of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated by compound traditional Chinese medicine.
