摘要
在高职高专的计算机基础课教学中,内存的概念是十分重要的,然而,此内容对高职高专学生而言却是十分难以理解的。针对此问题,利用EDA技术中的Multisim软件设计一个仿真只读存储器ROM,以动态的形式将ROM的读数据过程展现给学生。由于展示过程形象、直观、生动、有趣,使学生理解内存存取数据的过程变得非常简单,进而对计算机其他硬件知识的理解也变得容易。
In the computer basic course teaching of higher vocational college, the concept of memory is very important. However, this content has been proved rather hard for students to understand. To solve this problem,By using multisim simulation software in EDA technology to design a read-only memory ROM, the process of read data of ROM can be presented to students in a dynamic form. As the process is visual, intuitive, vivid and interesting, it becomes simple and easy, instead, for the students to understand the process of memory access data,Then It becomes easy also to understand other knowledge of computer hardware.
