An Analysis of the Influential Factors and Paths of the Transition from Benefit-increasing Reform to Equality-and-justice-oriented Reform

当前我国的改革由增益型改革转向公平正义型改革是维护社会稳定、促进经济发展和实现中国梦的必然要求,而民众所固有的平均主义的观念、社会制度的不完善及不合理的社会结构是制约这种转变的负面因素。为此,必须以推进法治化进程、构建利益协调机制及加快农村发展为突破口,维护和增进弱势群体利益,实现公平正义。

The current transition from benefit - increasing reform to equality - and - justice - oriented reform is a necessary requirement for maintaining social stability,promoting economic development and realizing the China Dream,while the idea of equalitarianism upheld in the public mind,the imperfect social institutions and unrea-sonable social structures are negative factors constraining this transition. Therefore,we must promote the realiza-tion of rule of law,build the interest - coordinating mechanism,and accelerate the development of rural areas,so as to protect and enhance the benefits of disadvantaged groups and realize equality and justice.
