中国经济已经进入新一轮调整周期,要继续保持健康稳定增长,除了深化改革开放,还应做好新型城镇化建设。因为新型城镇化是推动中国经济转型升级的引擎,是转变中国发展方式的切入点,是扩大有效内需的抓手,是实现健康可持续发展的支撑。因此,我们要在理论、政策、融资和监管等方面做好新型城镇化的战略运筹,从而打破各种发展障碍,实现城镇化的创新发展。

Chinese economy has entered a new period of adjustment. To maintain the healthy and stable growth, we need to do well the work of new - type suburbanization,in addition to deepening the reform and opening -up. The new - type suburbanization is an engine driving the transition and upgrading of Chinese economy,a cut- in point for transforming the developing pattern of China,a handhold for enlarging effective domestic demand, and a support for realizing healthy sustainable development. Therefore,we should do well the strategic planning of new - type suburbanization from theory,policy,financing and regulation,so as to break through all kinds of obstacles and boost the realization of China Dream.
