摘要
目的建立有效分离蜂胶中的各组分,并同时测定蜂胶中非法添加吡格列酮和罗格列酮等2种化学合成降糖药物的方法。方法采用薄层系统对蜂胶进行双向展开、分离、显色及刮板,提取后在紫外区扫描测定其吸收曲线;用薄层色谱法和分光光度法同时进行定性分析。结果在选定条件下,蜂胶中的黄酮类物质被有效分离,2种合成降糖药物均被检出,检出限为2μg/mg,整个分析时间不超过2h。结论本方法操作简单,快速准确,可用于检测添加了上述合成降糖药物的蜂胶及蜂胶质量的快速筛查。
Objective To establish a method which could effectively separate propolis constituents and simultaneously detect two chemical synthetic antidiabetic drugs which were added illegally in propolis, such as pioglitazone and rosiglitazone. Methods Propolis bidirectional expanding, separating, coloring and scraper were performed by thin layer system. Ultraviolet scanning was used to detect the absorption curve of the extractive. Thin layer chromatography and spectrophotometric method were simultane-ously used to make a qualitative analysis. Results Under the selected conditions, the flavonoids in propolis were separated effec-tively. Two synthetic hypoglycemic drugs were detected, and their detection limits were 2μg/mg. The total analysis time was less than 2 hours. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for rapidly detecting of propolis' quality and the two kinds of synthetic hypoglycemic agents in propolis that mentioned above.
