大型制磷装置磷炉渣泵受损原因分析及改造

摘要 针对2×80 MW大型制磷装置在化工试生产中磷炉渣泵磨损腐蚀、严重影响生产等问题;对渣泵受损原因进行了多方面的分析探讨,研究了整改措施和解决方法,把泵壳、叶轮等磨损件材料由镍合金改为高铬铸铁,并对混合器锥底部分结构作了改进,使引进装置为企业发挥应有的经济效益。 For problems such as corrosion wear in the phosphorus furnace slag pump and serious impact on the production in the trial production of the2 × 80 MW large phosphorus plant,the cause of the slag pump damage are analyzed in many aspects. The corrective measures and solutions are studied that wear part of the pump such as pump shell and impeller are changed from nickel alloy to high-chromium cast iron,and modification is made to the conic bottom structure of the mixer,so that the imported plant can bring the kind of economic benefit it is supposed to bring to the company.
