摘要
介绍了威顿(中国)化工有限责任公司2×400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置液硫储罐顶盖因硫磺积存产生腐蚀导致泄漏,根据硫磺对钢铁腐蚀机理,结合实际情况分析了发生腐蚀的原因和腐蚀条件的形成,并介绍了采取的相应对策和建议。
The leakage problem due to corrosion caused by accumulation of sulfur in the top cover of the liquid sulfur storage tank in the 2 ×400 kt /a sulfurburning sulfuric acid plants of Wylton( China) Chemical Co.,Ltd. is outlined. Based on the principle of corrosion by sulfur to the steel and the actual situation,the cause of corrosion and development of the corrosion conditions is analyzed,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions are introduced.
