摘要
目的:探索尾加压素Ⅱ(UrotensinⅡ,UⅡ)、生长素释放肽(Ghrelin)在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)合并2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者发病和疾病进展中的病理生理作用及相关可能性机制.检测OSAHS与T2DM的独立相关性.方法:选取健康人、单纯OSAHS患者、单纯T2DM患者和T2DM合并轻中度OSAHS患者各20人测定受试者的身高、体质量、空腹血糖水平、平均血氧饱和度、呼吸暂停低通指数(AHI)水平.采用双抗体一步夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定血浆中UⅡ、Ghrelin水平.结果:试验组单纯OSAHS患者、单纯T2DM患者、T2DM合并轻中度OSAHS患者血浆UⅡ的水平分别为(233.31±46.02)、(217.88±41.57)、(233.86±49.02)ng/mL;对照组为(203.53±35.50)ng/mL,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组单纯OSAHS患者、单纯T2DM患者、T2DM合并轻中度OSAHS患者血浆Ghrelin的水平分别为(34.99±8.02)、(35.50±5.81)、(36.35±5.16)ng/mL;对照组为(33.91±8.28)ng/mL,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:单纯T2DM、单纯OSAHS患者皆有UⅡ和Ghrelin的升高,而OSAHS合并T2DM患者UⅡ、Ghrelin的水平更高.UⅡ、Ghrelin的增高可能是OSAHS和T2DM患者疾病发生、发展的重要因素.
Aim:To evaluate the clinical effects and significance of serum Ghrelin and Urotensin Ⅱ(UⅡ)in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).To test the independent correlation between OSAHS and T2DM.Methods:All observed subjects were divid-ed into 4 groups:20 cases of normal control subjects,20 cases of simple OSAHS patients,20 cases of simple T2DM patients,20 cases of OSAHS associated T2DM patients.Body height and weight,fasting blood glucose (FBG)and saturation of arterial blood oxygen (SpO2 )of each observed subject were measured.UⅡand Ghrelin concentrations of serum were measured by the enzyme-linked immune sorbent&amp;nbsp;assay kit (ELISA)and were compared among 4 groups.Results:The levels of serum UⅡin the simple OSAHS patients,simple T2DM patients,OSAHS associated T2DM patients and in the normal control subjects were (232.31 &#177;46.02),(227.88 &#177;41.57),(233.86 &#177;49.02)and (203.53 &#177;35.50)ng/mL,and the differences in the four groups were significant (P〈0.05 ).The levels of serum Ghrelin in the simple OSAHS patients,simple T2DMpatients,OSAHS associated T2DMpatients and in the normal control subjects were (34.99 &#177;8.02),(35.50 &#177;5.81),(36.35 &#177;5.16)and (33.91 &#177;8.28)ng/mL, and the differences in the four groups were significant (P〈0.05 ).Conclusion:The levels of serum UⅡand Ghrelin were all getting higher in the simple OSAHS and simple T2DM patients,and were much more higher in the OSAHS associated T2DM patients.Increase of Ghrelin and UⅡ may be an important factor for occurrence and development of OSAHS associated T2DM patients.OSAHS patients are easy to have the T2DM.Meanwhile,T2DM addable the symptom of OSAHS.
