The author expounded strategic significance of urban integration, and introduced development situation of Taiyuan and Jinzhong. Then, the author put forward building sharing platform of preferential policies, sharing platform of park econo-my and sharing platform of industrial complementation to improve cooperative development of private economy between Taiyuan and Jinzhong.
