细纱机摇架支杆的冷拉加工工艺及表面处理

摘要 摇架支杆是细纱机牵伸部件中的一种标配专件。其功能是为摇架提供安装基础和力学支点。摇架支杆由原专机工艺改进为一种新型工艺—冷拉加工,外圆及100°"V"型槽直接冷拉成型,表面电泳处理。该摇架支杆改进工艺后自动化程度高,成型一致,质量稳定,为细纱机牵伸部件各部分零件位置的准确、灵活奠定了基础。 The cradle supporting rod is a standard spinning machine drawing parts in special parts. Its function is to provide installation and Mechanical Fulcrum for cradle. Cradle supporting rod by the original machine improved technology to a new technology-cold drawing process, the outer circle and 100°“V”type groove directly cold molding, surface treatment elec-trophoresis. The cradle supporting rod after improvement of high degree of automation, forming uniform, stable quality, laid the foundation for the spinning machine drawing component parts of accurate position, flexible.
