摘要
结合工作实际,对深孔加工所需的工装、刀具的工艺要求等进行了分析,并对此过程中经常出现的问题及产生原因进行了系统讨论,针对实际工件的特点对部分深孔工艺进行了改进与优化,旨在提高工艺水平,稳定加工质量。
This Article analyses the technological requirements of fixtures and cutting tools which needed in deep hole ma-chining, and discuss the problems and causes appeared in this process. According to the characteristics of the actual part, the anthor make some improvements and optimizations on the deep hole processing.
