This paper describes the process of the design and development for Armament Maintenance Management Information System（AMMIS）which is adapted for the requirement of military armament upkeeping mission and bases on the situation of maintenance management practical y. A lot of advanced development technologic methods such as.Net technology frame, SQL Server 2005 database technology, etc.were applied.
