摘要
提出体质在糖尿病周围神经病变的发生发展过程中的重要地位,阐述了体质形成的原因。不同体质2型糖尿病患者其糖尿病周围神经病变发病率存在差异性,不同体质糖尿病周围神经病变患者在发生发展过程中出现不同的中医证候。重视辨证在临床诊疗中的重要地位,建立具有创新性的糖尿病周围神经病变中医病因学理论,促进中医学术进步,并为糖尿病周围神经病变早期干预的可行性,为辨体质、辨病、辨证"三位一体"的糖尿病周围神经病变辨证模式的建立奠定坚实的研究基础。
To put forward the importance of constitution during the development of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, expounds the formatting of constitution. Incidence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with different constitution were different in diabetes 2, different constitution appeared different syndromes during diseases development. To pay attention to importance of differentiation in clinical diagnosis and treatment;to build TCM innovative theory of etiology;to intervention in the early for the feasibility of diabetic peripheral neuropathy established a syndrome model.
