摘要
目的:观察藏药六味能消胶囊联合氟伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将80例原发性高脂血症患者随机分为六味能消胶囊合氟伐他汀治疗组40例,氟伐他汀对照组40例,治疗前、后1个月分别观察血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的变化。结果:表明治疗组用药前后比较,效果显著。两组治疗后比较,其中治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C下降幅度明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:结果提示中西医结合治疗高脂血症能明显降低血脂水平,优于单用西药组。
To observe clinical effects of Liuwei Nengxiao capsule plus fluvastatin on treating hyperlipidemia. Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group, receiving Liuwei Nengxiao capsules plus fluvastatin, and the control group, receiving fluvastatin. The situation of serum total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein were observed before and after 1 month treatment. Results：Effects in the treatment group were more improved than that before treatment, the decrease of TC, TG, LDL-C in the treatment was higher than that in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine can decrease the level of lipids obviously, has better effects than western medicine solo.
