不同浓度斑蝥酊联合美能治疗斑秃疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating alopecia areata by cantharides tincture plus Meineng

目的:评价不同浓度斑蝥酊治疗斑秃的疗效和安全性作临床选择应用。方法:随机分为A组和B组,A组45例,B组43例。结果:A组有效率为91.11%,B组有效率为72.09%。差异有显著性(x2=6.43,P<0.05),A组高于B组,差异有统计学意义。A组皮肤反应发生率为82.22%,B组皮肤反应发生率为58.14%,总体皮肤反应发生率为轻中度,可控。结论:10%斑蝥酊外用治疗斑秃疗效和安全性比价较高。

To evaluate clinical application of cantharis tincture on alopecia areata. Methods： Randomly allocate the patients to Unit A with 45 of and Unit B of 43 instances. Results：The total efficacy in the A was 91.11%, the other was 72.09%, the results in the A were higher than that in the B with statistically support （x2=6.43, P〈0.05）. The incidence of skin reactions in the A was 82.22%, another was 58.14%. incidence of skin reaction is considered as mild and controllable. Conclusion： 10% cantharis tincture is highly efficacy and safety on alopecia areata.
