自拟消痹汤内服联合外敷治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效分析

A clinical analysis of treating rheumatoid arthritis with the Xiaobi decoction

目的:探讨自拟消痹汤内服联合外敷治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年6月-2013年12月在我院的类风湿性关节炎患者56例,采用随机对照方法将其分为观察组和对照组各28例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上应用自拟消痹汤内服联合外敷治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率92.9%,对照组总有效率75.0%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者关节肿胀数、关节压痛数及晨僵时间均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟消痹汤内服联合外敷治疗类风湿性关节炎效果显著,能有效缓解临床症状和体征,值得在临床上应用和推广。

To study clinical effects of the Xiaobi decoction plus external application on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods：56 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given conventional medicine, another was given the Xiaobi decoction. Results：The total efficiency in the observation group was 92.9%, obviously higher than 75.0%in the control. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The number of swollen joints, joint tenderness and the time of morning stiffness were significantly reduced （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaobi decoction plus external application was confirmed with good effects for rheumatoid arthritis, can relieve symptoms effectively, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
